The location near the Petaling Street is excellent. The rooms are good and well maintained and provides nice amenties. The staff is co-operative. I have special appreciation for Mr. Daniel, the receptionist who helped me lot in my tour plans. I will strongly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff gave excellent services. They didn't ignore the problem we are facing with the rooms. Hotel location was another great one to recommend. Just tell the taxi drivers its around hotel mandarin pacific and they will lead u there. There are alot great food are Jalan petaling! Especially the famous Yong Tau Foo were in the market which opens after 10am! Really a great motel for budget travellers. We will be back for more!

The rooms need extra cleaning. Red ants, ants nest, hairs, cotton buds etc were found when we first check into the first 2rooms. Tv reception were very poor.

Great Location - on Petaling street but not infront of market so very close but without the noise and taxis can drop you off at the door. Big supermarket just around the corner. Very large air con lobby with lounges and tables so great to bring back take away from the hot noisy streets and let baby crawl around. Staff always had a smile, were happy to do half day for our late flight home. We took the family room as we had our 11 month old baby and it just gave us that bit more space to move around. Beds comfy. Would stay there again.

The location exatcly at the heart of petaling China Town an not really far from KL Central. Staff speak excellent english

Bathroom door was easily damaged and the water drainage system wasn' t really good. Room was very small. Though it's a cheap accommodation, I think it'll be better to add some ringgits and move to a better hotel downtown as Petaling Street has easy access anyway.

The location of the hotel is good just on the doorstep of chinatown. The room is ok for one night stay

The Rooms are not as nice in the pictures and there actually isn't a free wireless in every room so it is good to check when checking in. For a few hiurs there was no running water and reading through previous comments this was not the first time.

Central hotel in Jalan Petaling (Chinatown) trade area attractive. Staff very helpful and kind. The room had no windows, but had all the amenities but without luxuries. For those who need the room only to sleep is enough. Hotel close to two Metro stations.

i dont like that petaling road when night comes.. its really crowded, and its really tired when we wanna back to hotel cause so many stands and people around there
